Ballcat Quest’s Quest

Hi everyone!

I thought about giving you an update on how things are coming regarding our little insane-jumping game.

First of all – many thanks to all who keep rating and commenting the game. This really pushes us forward, it’s quite inspiring and often helpful. For example, even from not-so-positive comments, we have been able to locate a strange bug and we’re on the verge of fixing it. So we’ll be sailing it all packed up to the market, along with a nice load of minor improvements and… behold! wooho, online scores!

Yes, this is a MUST in a game like this, and it’s something many of you have asked for. In fact, it was already planned since the very beginning, and we’re still working on it, since it requires changing heavily the game over / hiscore process.

Keep in mind Ballcat Quest is our little baby, firstborn of our 2D Game Framework, “Nickel Engine”. So, it came out not as polished as we wanted, but with each update we make our engine Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger (copyrights reserved). This reflects on Ballcat Quest, and will do in our future games too so it’s all for the better!
